Our Company decided to change its name and starts a new company called Synclogue Corporation from April 1, 2012.
(Formaly known as:Information Planet corporation/ Joho Planet Inc)

In recent years, a number of IT venture were born in Japan and only a limited portion of services spreaded worldwide.
Many IT services are adopted as foundation of life, which were not originaly from Japan, but imported via Internet.
Although many entrepreneurs are trying to dispel it and attempting to draw a vision under the sorrow, the composition of IT service import country still remains.

We believe that one of the factors behind this situation can be attributed to the fact that many Japanese services are provided through spaces of other companies. 

Depending on APIs and platforms of other companies, with easy development and in the form of tradeoff, increases the risk that services get copied. 
It means that geasily replaceable servicesh have the risk of not being able to fight back, when the similar services are developed and operated in areas such as West Coast America, which has higher ability, compared with Japan, of introducing information technology to the world. If we keep doing our business in the current way, Japan will not become a IT export country.

We utilize patented technology advantage and to develop the service that does not work easily with alternative instead of the anhydride.
Not only in Japan, will continue to expand its services to computer users around the world to use as the foundation of life.
